How long does it take to receive my order?
For orders shipped to mainland Australia, the total delivery time is between 6 to 10 business days (Mo - Fr). This includes 1-3 business days (Mo - Fr) for processing and 5-7 business days (Mo - Fr) for shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders to the mainland Australia. For international orders, shipping charges may apply.
How can I track my order?

When will my payment be processed?
Your payment will be processed immediately upon placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Returns
What is your return policy?
You can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

How do I return a defective item?
If your item is defective, please contact our customer service at contact@avarli.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and reimburse the return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days (Mo - Fr) after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used.
